Open Arms Family Support Services, LLC is committed to help build strong families by implementing the "Wrap-Around Care" process. This is an intensive, individualized care management process for youth with serious or complex needs. Wrap-Around was initially developed in the 1980s as a means for maintaining youth with the most serious emotional and behavioral problems in their home and community.
During the wrap-around process, a team of individuals who are relevant to the well-being of the child or youth (e.g., family members, other natural supports, service providers, and agency representatives) collaboratively develop an individualized plan of care, implement this plan, and evaluate success over time.
Open Arms Mental Health Skill Building Services provide structured support and case management assistance to older teens and adults with mental health conditions who demonstrate a need for greater stability and personal management.
Intensive In-Home Services for Children/Adolescents under age 18 are intensive, time-limited interventions provided, typically, but not solely in the residence of a child who is at risk of being moved into an out-of-home
TDT is a combination of psychotherapeutic interventions combined with education and mental health treatment offered in programs of two or more hours per day with groups of children and adolescents.
